Jere made buying an upscale home such an enjoyable experience. She was always patient, and we narrowed down my wants and must-haves over multiple trips through different areas and she definitely knew all the neighborhoods in the Auburn area well. In a real estate agent, you definitely want someone who knows the community, and Jere definitely excels in that area well. She eventually found me the luxury townhome of my dreams that wasn't even listed on the market yet because of her connections. She then facilitated the rest of the closing and negotiation experience, including setting up a rent-back with the sellers that was mutually agreeable to both parties and definitely had tax benefits for me.
